We Need Good Food was founded on 22 May 2023 and is the UK’s first food production facility dedicated to Frozen Ramen. We are a fully licensed food production company, operating to recognised UK food manufacturing standards.
We believe great ramen shouldn’t be limited to restaurants. It should be something you can enjoy anytime, anywhere — at home, without compromising on quality. That belief is what led us to create We Need Good Food: transforming restaurant-level ramen into carefully crafted frozen products, while preserving flavour, structure, and authenticity.
From broth and noodles to toppings, all our products are developed and produced in-house. We focus on depth of flavour, balance of ingredients, and respect for the culinary cultures behind each bowl. Our range draws inspiration from across Asia — including Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore — bringing familiar, honest flavours to the UK.
As a licensed food production facility, our kitchen holds a Food Hygiene Rating Level 5 and operates under strict food safety regulations, including HACCP systems and allergen management procedures. Every pack of Frozen Ramen we produce meets consistent standards suitable for retail, wholesale, and food service partners.

Meet Chef Anson, a specialist in Asian cuisine with over 10 years of experience as a private chef. With a Level 3 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering certification, Chef Anson is dedicated to delivering delicious and safe meals to his clients. His passion for Asian cuisine is evident in every dish he creates, and he takes pride in using only the freshest ingredients to achieve the best possible flavors.
